Questions: What is included in an all inclusive resort?
Answer:
Palace all-inclusive resorts includes a variety of amenities and services in the initial price you pay for your stay. While the specific offerings can vary from one resort to another, here are common inclusions you can expect:

Accommodation: Your room or suite is included in the package. The type of room you get might vary based on the price you pay.

Meals: All meals are included, including buffet-style restaurants, sit down restaurants, or specialty dining venues. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus snacks throughout the day.

Drinks: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included. This includes soft drinks, juices, and a selection of local and international alcoholic beverages.

Activities: Palace resorts offer a range of activities included in the price, such as water sports (snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing), land sports (tennis, volleyball, fitness classes), and nightly entertainment (shows, live music, themed parties).

Pools and Beach Access: Access to pools, hot tubs, and beaches within the resort’s premises is included.

Kids Clubs: If you’re traveling with children, the all-inclusive resorts offer supervised activities for kids of different age groups.

Airport Transfers: If you book 4 nights or more your stay will include airport transfers to and from the resort.
Question: If I choose the refundable option, is the booking fee refundable as well?
Answer: No. The $350 booking fee covers both access to our Elite membership as well as our time answering questions, setting up the reservation, and if need be, calling in to cancel the reservation.
Question: Why should I book through Gr8Escapes?
Answer: You get discounts and travel perks such as manicures, pedicures, and back massages at the resort spa when you stay 5 nights or longer.
Question: Exactly what is the booking process through Gr8Escapes?
Answer: There are five steps to the process.
- Complete the booking request form and we will provide you a quote for your reservation.
- Once you’re satisfied with the rates that have been provided, I will make the reservation on your behalf. To do this, I will need the below information: Resort, Dates, Room Type, Refundable or non-refundable, All guest names (and ages for any kids), Email address, and Phone number.
- Once the reservation is made, you’ll get an email from Palace Resorts with a link for payment. I recommend that you call Palace to verify that everything is accurate and legitimate. The email will have show the exact amount quoted. If you’d like additional information, I’d be happy to send you a screenshot of the reservation from the member portal since there isn’t a great deal of information in regards to the reservation itself inside the payment email.
- Once payment is made either through the payment link or through a phone call with Palace, shoot me a message and I will push the confirmation email your way. I will NEVER see your credit card information.
- The last step is just to pay the $350 booking fee which is paid via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, or ApplePay.
